With an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commitment to service, he laid the foundation for what would become a trusted, family-run business serving the Lehigh Valley for over 50 years.
His dedication to integrity, personal relationships, and putting clients first continues to shape the values of Quentin Kent Associates today. The company proudly carries on the legacy he built, continuing to serve local businesses with the same level of care and commitment that he believed in from the very beginning.
Bethany Anderson, CEO
Bethany Anderson, CEO of Quentin Kent Associates, proudly continues the family legacy started by her father, Quentin Kent Sr. With over 30 years of experience as an Aflac agent, she has built her career on helping employers and their teams navigate benefits with clarity, care, and confidence.
Throughout her career, Bethany has managed and supported accounts across Pennsylvania, earning a reputation for her hands on approach and strong commitment to client relationships. As the industry has evolved, she has expanded beyond Aflac, developing partnerships with multiple carriers to provide more comprehensive and customized solutions.
Today, Bethany leads Quentin Kent Associates with the same values it was founded on, integrity, service, and long term relationships, while continuing to grow the business to meet the changing needs of modern employers.
Sophia Zavecz, Strategic Benefits Partner
Sophia Zavecz is a Strategic Benefits Partner at Quentin Kent Associates, representing the next generation of the family business. A graduate of Moravian University, where she studied Business and Communication, Sophia brings a fresh perspective combined with a strong foundation in relationship building and client support.
